Senator Ward, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
State Affairs Committee referral be waived on SENATE JOINT                     
RESOLUTION NO. 30 Proposing an amendment to the Constitution                   
of the State of Alaska relating to the repeal of regulations by the            
legislature. A similar Senate resolution (SJR 3) was reported out of           
the State Affairs Committee (page 125) with a do pass                          
recommendation. Without objection, the resolution was referred to the          
Judiciary Committee.
